THE BRIDGE’s mission is to create the capacity to enhance economic development, to provide access to skill upgrade training for incumbent workers, to encourage access to non-traditional career ladder opportunities through pre-apprenticeship to apprenticeship positions, to enhance the opportunities for youth offenders through leadership development along with career ladder/path opportunities, to enhance entrepreneurial spirit and capacity of those enrolled, to improve vocational literacy in math and reading and most importantly, to provide a living wage which will create social and economic stability.
